What does cycling mean to you?

Cycling is fun, exercise, and green! Cycling makes the journey an experience in itself - it feels like a more mindful way to commute.

What do you like about living in Unley?

Unley's so close to all the spots my partner and I typically frequent. It's a short commute to the city, equidistant from all our favourite climbing gyms, and has so much to offer in terms of restaurants, shops, and cafes! We feel quite privileged to live in Unley.

Tell us about your bike; what do you like, what does it mean to you?

I got my bike off gumtree a few years ago from, who I assume, was quite an avid racing cyclist - he was selling one of quite a number!

I like how, with a change of hands, this bike has been given another life - and a quite different one at that. From, what I was told, was an often used trainer bike, my bike now lives a more leisurely and commuting life.

If there was one change you would like to see in your local area, what would it be?

This is a hard one because I love Unley! I'm looking forward to the reopening of the Mike Turtur Bikeway.
